After living in several great North Carolina communities, I’m proud to call Wilmington home. My wife, Katie, and I live in the Monkey Junction area with our two sons, just minutes from Carolina Beach. Living near the coast was always a dream of ours, and we love raising our family here.

My connection to Eastern North Carolina began while serving in the United States Marine Corps, where I developed an appreciation for the people, communities, and coastal lifestyle that make this area special.

Today, I’m proud to lead the Stiefel Property Group, helping buyers and sellers throughout the greater Wilmington area and coastal Carolina market. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying the coast, or traveling. I also love getting back to my hometown of Black River, New York, and spending summers in the Adirondacks and along the St. Lawrence River.
